I am an associate professor in Finance at the University of Groningen with a strong interest in asset management and personal finance. My current research focuses on household finance and socially responsible investing. I am also member of the supervisory board of Trustus Capital Management and treasurer of the Groningen University Fund.

Previously, I worked at Heap Consulting, the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Fortis Investments, and the Netherlands’ Bankers Association. I was also coordinator of the Permanent Education program of the VBA (Dutch Financial Analysts Association).
